  • Vanilla Calculated on Pure Income Based
  • Double Whammy -
  • Consider LTV (Loan to Value) and FOIR (Funded obligation income Ratio) to arrive at eligibility
  • Gross Turnover -
  • Calculate eligibility on gross turnover, even if the profits are low or not there in Financials
  • Industry Margin -
  • Every Bank/NBFC have their on industry margins for each business category to arrive at exact eligibility
  • Gross Receipt -
  • Mostly this method is used incase of Doctors and Chartered Accountants to arrive at eligibility for Loan
  • Liquid Income -
  • This method is used, where business persons are having their majority income in cash, less in Financials
  • Banking Surrogate -
  • To arrive at the eligibility, 2 years banking statements credits are used
  • No Income Product -
  • This method is used where the value of the property is very high and customer is having less income in Financials
  • Repayment Track -
  • Anyone having existing running loan for HL/LAP and Track Record for minimum 12 months and above to arrive eligibility
  • Gross Profit Margin -
  • To arrive at the eligibility basis Gross Profit Margins for Self Employed
  • Third Party LAP -
  • Where the property is coming from third Party, but Financials are evaluated for main borrowers
  • Reverse Mortgage -
  • We will start from April, its for Old Age People those have no income and want to Mortgage their property to generate income
  • Dropline OD -
  • Overdraft or Drop Line Overdraft against Property for the business people as per their refrences
